We ended 2024 on a high note with the launch of our all-encompassing pricing edition, Bigin 360, and ever since then we've been working hard to keep the ball rolling.

We've introduced a long-awaited and widely-requested feature, Booking Pages, along with a range of new features and enhancements. This blog post is your guide to our latest updates and will give you a glimpse into the ever-evloving world of Bigin!

Booking Pages: Appointment booking built into your CRM

You might be a dentist alleviating your patient's pain, a lawyer helping your client out of a legal quandary, a hairdresser trying to make your client look the best, or a trainer conducting fitness classes; regardless of the industry you are based in, you need to set up meetings, appointments, consultations, classes, and other one-on-one or group bookings with your clients and prospects.

Manually coordinating and scheduling these appointments over calls, emails, messages, or in-person can be tedious, error-prone, and quite frankly, inefficient.

That's where Bigin's comes into the picture! Create and share visually-appealing online pages that display your availability and allow your clients to book your time. The best part? All bookings are automatically stored in your CRM, where you can quickly access features for managing and handling appointments.


Prevent irregular and incorrect entries in forms 

Prevent common manual errors, such as a mobile number ending up in your email ID field or someone entering a past date for an upcoming meeting.

While creating your no-code form, you can now enable such as restricting other data types from being entered, setting the maximum and minimum character limits, specifying the date range that can be chosen, and more.

Additionally, you can predefine default values (like the country code for phone numbers), auto-select the present date, and even prefill text fields.


Make the most of your first impressions with our in-built card scanner

Did you make a promising connection at a business event? Were you introduced to a potential client? Did you bump into a prospect at the airport? Once you've got their attention, use Bigin's card scanner to capture their details for a follow-up.

The on our iOS app can capture the details on business cards (in over 15 languages) and automatically create conttacts in Bigin.


Clearly define the scope of access for records in every module

Define the your team members will have to your leads, deals, companies, products, tasks, calls, and other record types in Bigin.

Make the record "private" to ensure that only owners can view, edit, and delete it. To provide wider access, choose one of Bigin's other data access level options: "Public View Only," "Public View and Edit," and "Unrestricted."


A small export enhancement that makes a big difference

Bigin users can now choose custom views and fields with their required data, and export up to 200,000 calls, tasks, and events in one go.


Beloved features make their mobile debut

Bigin's topping is now available on your iOS, macOS, and Android devices, making it even more convenient to generate and share unique links for securely collecting documents.

With coming to your mobile devices, you'll be notified of ongoing activities, such as incoming emails, contacts opening your emails, customers uploading files using the File Cabinet link, and more.
