×îв©²ÊÍøÕ¾ CRM is a customer relationship management tool that lets you manage your contacts, reach customers through multiple channels, and drive sales. With eWidget, access ×îв©²ÊÍøÕ¾ CRM from your inbox. This extension lets you view your contacts' ×îв©²ÊÍøÕ¾ CRM related information and activities. You can also create deals, notes, tasks and events for a contact directly from ×îв©²ÊÍøÕ¾ TeamInbox. ​
To use ×îв©²ÊÍøÕ¾ CRM eWidget:
- Login to .
- Click the Comments icon at the top right corner of the thread and select the Extensions tab.
- Select the ×îв©²ÊÍøÕ¾ CRM app from the eWidgets list.
Here you can view the contact info and their activities.
Add contact or lead from an email
You can add the email address in the From or To field of an email as a contact or lead in ×îв©²ÊÍøÕ¾ CRM directly from ×îв©²ÊÍøÕ¾ TeamInbox.
- Click the Comments icon at the top right corner of the thread and select the Extensions tab.
- Select the ×îв©²ÊÍøÕ¾ CRM app from the eWidgets list.
- Select the email address you want to add from the drop down.
- Select if you want to add the address as a lead or a contact.
- Fill in the basic details.
- Click Save.
This email address will now be added as a lead or contact in ×îв©²ÊÍøÕ¾ CRM.
Add an activity for the contact or lead
You can add tasks, or schedule meetings and calls from the Activities section.
- Click the Comments icon at the top right corner of the thread and select the Extensions tab.
- Select the ×îв©²ÊÍøÕ¾ CRM app from the eWidgets list.
- Select the email address you want to add the activity for from the drop down.
- Click on the Activities tab.
- Choose if you want to create a task or schedule a meeting or call.
- Fill in the details.
- Click Save.
Activity will now be added for this contact or lead in ×îв©²ÊÍøÕ¾ CRM.
Send email to a contact or lead
You can send your email templates saved in ×îв©²ÊÍøÕ¾ CRM to a contact or lead from ×îв©²ÊÍøÕ¾ TeamInbox.
- Click the Comments icon at the top right corner of the thread and select the Extensions tab.
- Select the ×îв©²ÊÍøÕ¾ CRM app from the eWidgets list.
- Select the email address you want to add the activity for from the drop down.
- Click Send Email and click Select Template.
- Choose from the templates listed.
- Fill in the basic details.
- Click Send.
Settings
Find the settings icon at the top right corner of the ×îв©²ÊÍøÕ¾ CRM eWidget. Here you can choose the organization for which you want to view ×îв©²ÊÍøÕ¾ CRM information.
