Microsoft QnA Maker for ×îв©²ÊÍøÕ¾ Mail

The QnA Maker extension for ×îв©²ÊÍøÕ¾ Mail lets you access AI bots in ×îв©²ÊÍøÕ¾ Mail which can answer your queries. Any bots created in your Microsoft cognitive services can be linked with ×îв©²ÊÍøÕ¾ Mail with an API call.

Installing the extension

The Microsoft QnA maker extension for ×îв©²ÊÍøÕ¾ Mail can be installed either from the  or from your ×îв©²ÊÍøÕ¾ Mail account.

To install the extension from your ×îв©²ÊÍøÕ¾ Mail account:

1. Log in to your .
2. Go to Settings > Integrations card > Extensions.
3. Click Go to Marketplace. You will be redirected to the ×îв©²ÊÍøÕ¾ Marketplace.
4. Search for Microsoft QnA Maker and click Install.
5. Agree to the Account details and External domain(s), then click Install. You will be redirected to the Authenticate Connectors page.
   ​
6. Click Authenticate QnA Maker and sign in with a Microsoft account with the Global Admin role.
   
7. Click Access QnA Maker for ×îв©²ÊÍøÕ¾ Mail.

The extension will be listed in the toggle eWidget   on the right pane.

Setting up the extension

You need to set up the desired bot from your Microsoft account to load in the Microsoft QnA maker extension.

To set up the bot:

1. Click Access QnA maker for ×îв©²ÊÍøÕ¾ Mail. The extension page will be open in the right pane.
2. Click the Settings icon on the top-right corner of the extension page.
   ​
3. Select Subscription Name from the drop-down.
4. Select Resource Group from the drop-down.
5. Select Bot Service from the drop-down.
6. Click Save. Your desired bot will be loaded on the extension page.

Accessing the extension

To access the extension:

1. Click the eWidget  icon on the ×îв©²ÊÍøÕ¾ Mail homepage. The installed extensions will be listed.
2. Select QnA Maker for ×îв©²ÊÍøÕ¾ Mail. The bot will open with the predefined message.
   ​
3. In Type your message, enter your queries. The bot will fetch you the appropriate answers.

Uninstalling the extension

1. Go to Settings > Integrations card > Extensions.
2. Under Origin, select Shared Extensions.
3. Navigate to Microsoft QnA Maker and click Uninstall.
